7. And the last bolt is located at the very bottom on the left side of the bracket; it is not necessary to unscrew it, just loosen it by 2/3.
8. When the module does not fix anything, we lift it together with the body and place it in such a way that it does not interfere. Next, you can continue working on draining the liquid.
9. We unscrew the drain plug on the engine block using a spanner and wait for the moment when everything flows out.

   To unscrew this plug, you will need a key set to “13”.

10. Next, unscrew the drain plug on the radiator, which is located on the right side, and wait for the antifreeze to pour out from there.

    To avoid stripping the thread, unscrew the plug carefully.

11. And the last step in draining the liquid will be to replace the O-rings on the plugs and return them to their place.

The process of filling new antifreeze

When all the plugs are tightened, you can begin the operation of filling in new coolant.

1. First of all, loosen the clamp and take out the throttle hose. This is necessary so that during replacement, excess air escapes through this hose.
2. Next, fill in antifreeze until it flows out of the disconnected hose, or until the liquid level remains unchanged in the expansion tank.

Well, that’s all, after all the antifreeze has been drained, we wipe away any traces of antifreeze and tighten all the plugs.

Fill the coolant as follows. We unscrew the clamp on the hose that goes to the throttle assembly and remove it. This is necessary to bleed air from the system.

Now pour antifreeze into the expansion tank until it flows from the disconnected hose.

We connect the hose back and add antifreeze almost to the MAX mark.

We tighten the cap of the expansion tank, and do not forget, by the way, to install the ignition module in place. And also connect the wires to it. We start the car and wait until it warms up, see if Kalina’s stove is working properly. It is very important that when Kalina’s engine is warm, hot air blows from the heater and not cool air. If cool air blows from the stove, it means that an air lock has formed in the system. We need to get rid of her. After turning off the car, wait until the engine cools down and check the coolant level. If necessary, top up to the MAX mark.

At engine operating temperature, the fluid heats up to 100 degrees - you can get burned. Sometimes you urgently need to cool the liquid - unscrew the cap of the expansion tank.
